Anna was very helpful with placing my order for my new seats and console for my GMC 3500. a great professional person. When the date for shipping past, June 19th, I contacted her by email and she was quick to let me know of the delay time to June 25th I received an email on June 29th at 9:30 am notifying me that my order had shipped. I hope that is so, as so far when I track the shipment fed ex says it does not exist. As this is shipping to my residence it is important I know exactly when it arrives so I can inspect and receive it. The order staff is professional and knowledgeable but it seams like the ball gets dropped in the production and shipping departments.

First I'd like to say that Clara H. was very helpful on the phone when I asked about swatches that were suppose to have been sent two weeks prior by some one else. She got me what I wanted in the time frame she told me. Once again, thank you Clara. Today I placed my order with Clara for a jackknife sofa sleeper and dinette cushion set. Once again she was helpful, polite, very professional, It was a pleasure doing business with her. I'm excite and can't wait to see my items next month when they come in. I'm reserving the fifth star for when I see the products. Thanks so much Clara, I look forward to working with you again as well as referring people to you. Tom B.
