My customer service helper was so easy to talk to. Honestly, I was a little intimidated to call a 800 number to ask my many questions, but there was no rush, no pressure - just the friendliest voice to chat with.

My order arrived damaged from the shipping company, so I contacted JOHN JASSO at Shop4Seats and he took care of everything! Since they had to remake the seat due to the damage and a dimensional paperwork error, I asked if I could change the width to fit even better in my van. He promptly responded that they are happy to accommodate my request! I should have the new seat in a few weeks at no charge! THANKS JOHN AND SHOP4SEATS!!!!!!!!!!!
