Great experience with Fernando exchanging the recliners

I found Shop4Seats on the internet. Since I live in the area Dario met me at the factory and showed me several examples of their work. He took me to Clara who helped me understand what and how to order the seats I needed for my motorhome. She has been so helpful personalizing the seats just for us! I just received them, as promised, on time. They're gorgeous. Nice detailing. In my opinion much better than the pictures on the internet. And, half the price of re-covering bids I received.

We ordered the most durable seats we could get a hold of according to Shop4Seats website and got exactly what we were after. Beautiful leather captains chairs with durable stitching and attention to detail. More importantly when we had issues with the fitting of the seat bases I spoke with Fernando in the customer service dept. who took a great deal of his time over several days to listen to and address the issues I was having, in the end there was some modification I had to do on my end in order to accommodate what should have been a set of quick bolt in seats. Fernando and his manager Lynn were very understanding of my situation, the time restraints I'm under and the inability to have the vehicle handicapped to allow for any kind of exchange. Lynn and Fernando went out of their way to find resolution with me and to treat my girlfriend and I like valued customers. It's easy to give satisfactory customer service when everything goes as expected, when accidents happen and mistakes are made you find out exactly what kind of company you're doing business with, in this case Lynn and her customer service team maintain a standard of excellence over at Shop4Seats.

This is the 2nd order I have placed with Shop4seats. Outstanding craftsmanship. Items made as promised. Also outstanding customer service. Thank you Richard Valdez for helping us get a new table top so promptly.
