Called today to find out about getting a new power cord for one of our theatre seats. Clara answered the phone on the 1st ring and was extremely friendly and helpful. I told her the issue I was having and she got me over to customer service where I spoke to Fernando who was also very friendly and helpful, Clara had already explained to him what my issue was so he already knew why I was calling and had already reserved a new power cord for me I only had to answer a few questions and that was it. What I expected to be a long drawn out call was resolved in a matter of minutes. I really appreciate the great customer service that both Fernando and Clara gave me.

Ordered RV chairs and sofa, they were shipped and arrived as scheduled. Upon installing the chairs I discovered one of the arms on the chair had a flaw, I called customer service (Fernando Reyes), sent him photos of the flaw and he ordered a replacement. The whole Shop4seating experience was great from ordering, to the shipping, working with customer service, plus the furniture is very well built.

I called to inquire about a captain's chair. Alec answered all my questions and sent an estimate. After discussing the options with my husband, I called back and placed the order. Alec once again was very helpful. Thank you.

I received the shipment of my theater seats in a timely fashion but found on delivery three damaged boxes which was notated on the delivery receipt. I then contacted my salesperson Alex Reyes then the customer service rep Fernando Reyes. Fernando listened to my issue with the shipment then immediately provided direction on how it would be addressed which I agreed to. He immediately acted on my problem then forwarded an email on the shipment for my repair being sent. No stress what so ever and he made the process smooth. I thanked him for the service. Although my issue was small he took control immediately and handled it and let me say although my sale may have been a small order with only 4 seats Alex Reyes was very attentive to my need and order have helped me through the process during multiple calls. Shockingly i even found the product on another site just a tad bit but felt as though buying from 4seating was best for me. I made a good choice as Alex, per the company guarantee adjusted the price and closed the deal. I will definitely refer to friends in the future.
