FERNANDO REYES Was great to work with, took care of all our concerns in a timely manner. Thanks for the great service Shop4Seats great company to work with for RV needs Charlie Flood

I bought 4 theater seats, but upon arrival, I noticed 2 of the 4 backrests had damage. One had a discoloration in the leather, the other had small slits on the side. I immediately called customer service and spoke with Fernando Reyes. After the brief call (within 5 minutes), Fernando ensured me he would take care of the issue, and send 2 new backrests. I feel confident enough that they will deliver to leave this review, and would recommend shopping here to anyone. It was quick, easy, and everyone was very helpful. I understand mistakes can happen, but can also be corrected. Thanks Fernando!
