I spoke with John Jasso. He was very professional and helpful. I needed to start planning for the day my furniture would be delivered and needed more information on the expected date and the delivery process. John took the time to make sure my questions were answered and did not rush me through this process. Thank you John for helping me plan better for the day I get my new furniture.

We ordered Rialto Seatcraft at shop4seats. Initially Anna helped us with the order, it was shipped directly to our home. Due to shipment company 2 of the arm rest and a back rest arrived damaged. We called the customer service both John Jasso and Fernando R were very helpful in ordering a replacement and schedule a technician to resolve. Very happy with the customer service and will order my standard seats shortly.

The sofa that I ordered would not fit into my motor home. ( I ordered the wrong size). Lynn was very courteous and agreed to take the sofa back with me only having to pay shipping. She even waived the restocking fee. This company has a winner with Lynn as a customer service representative.

There was a mix up on original order where I got 1 of the 2 seat bases did not swivel. I called company and John Jasso set up return and new order for correct base. It did take a long time to receive the new base and John answered all my emails back and said he was trying to get it sent out as soon as possible and went to warehouse after a few weeks and got the base sent out. It was a shipping issue that I was frustrated with. But John stayed with it and did all he could to expedite this order. I have to say shop4seats are real 1st class seating though I had to wait a few weeks longer to put all my seats in the products are worth the wait its that nice.
