I recomment to buy your items somewhere else. Very pure customer service. Ordered my RV furnature 5 month ago. Order was promised to ship no later then 3 weeks. They wanted payment at time of order. Idem numerous time delate shipment. 5 month later and order still has not shipped. No good explanation, and no updates as promised. No refund offered.

Another one. Ordered in February, supposed to ship in March. Nope. pushed back 4x and they just pushed it back another month... yet NOTHING on the website about delays and the rep said they are taking new orders everyday. Why?? You know you have an issue but say you care about the customers yet continue to take orders? Terrible.

Just like everyone else on here I'm getting the runaround. Promises to ship and still no delivery. I've been waiting 4 months! Time to cancel my order and stop believing their lies. Everyone to report this sham of a company to BBB!

I'm still getting the run around. On shipment of my order. I put the order in Oct. 2020. All I ordered is a swivel base for a van seat. If I knew it was going to take 6 months. I never would have purchased from them. You should advise customers of poor service before ordering.

Ordered a love seat that was $1300.00 took 8 months to build and many phone calls. When we finally received the couch it was the wrong color we ordered. I would not do Business or recommend this company. Order Number 501703.

Took my order for Swivel Seat Bases on August 2020, and I still have not received it as of January 27, 2021. They kept promising delivery, and kept pushing the date back. Finally decided to cancel when I was told the ship date will be March 29, 2021. I was told they were going to ship January 18th, February 4th, then February 5th, and now March 29th. Ridiculous customer service and I will never buy anything from this place again.

WORST customer service ever. Save the time, headache, and money and buy elsewhere. I can honestly say, I have NEVER dealt with a company as bad as this one.

We ordered our couch and love seat and waited 6 months for it to be delivered. So we have been using it since Oct 2019, hoping that it would wear in a little. Has not happened! This is the worse sitting furniture we have ever owned! The couch is as hard as a brick and sits like one, ordered the under couch storage, what a joke! You cannot open it without holding the seat part of the couch up. Hard to hold up and open, oh and you also cannot close it without holding the seat up. It’s not easy to hold it up at the same time as trying to open or close the drawer. If you have the couch made into a bed, you cannot sit on the front edge, the couch Tips over, no support to hold it up. The love seat— it is so soft that when you sit down on it, you sink in. Making it very hard to get up, not mention it’s very uncomfortable, no support in your back, it will not stay back,push back to recline and as soon as you relax, well back you go to a sitting position! And better have strong fingers to open the recliners, they are super tight. We ordered two more of the trays for the couch arms. They arrived with a protective plastic cover over them, which was good, but they put the cup holders down on top of the cover and super glued the cup holder in place. No way to get it off over the cup holder. I called and complained, they were nice and said they would ship new ones to us. That was in November, still have not received them, it 7 January 2021 now. So please don’t waste your money. Don’t buy anything sight unseen. You will be very sorry if you do business with this company.
