I purchased my four theater seats last fall. After receiving the seats, I had a couple issues with the seats. If you are like me, you always wonder if the customer service is going to help you, or hurt. Well, do not fear with 4seating.com! I can guarantee that these people are really looking out for your wellbeing!! As a matter of fact, I recommend you ask for FERNANDO REYES personally! He has helped me twice and is he not only extremely professional, he actually cares about his customers!! Each time I have spoken to him, he has given me a personal touch and even remembers my situation. He doesn't sugar coat anything, just explains exactly what is wrong and how he will fix it. Not only do I love my seats, I am not worried that I will be taken care of after the purchase. Don't you worry either. These guys (including Jesse) deserve a raise for their dedication and professional customer support. Hope they get to see this review, if so, thank for everything FERNANDO REYES!!! I called in today because one of my seats stitching is ripping and I spoke to Fernando Reyes he was very helpful he automatically calle in a company to come fix my seat no run around just got it done, thank you Fernando Reyes

Purchased Seatcraft Serenity Brown Leather 7000 Power Straight Row of 4 With Center Love Seat with white glove delivery. Product was excellent. On time delivery and set up. Had an issue with one of the trays. Called and customer service took care of it in one call.

Ordered a seat base, received the wrong one (could have been my fault, not sure), and customer service person Fernando Reyes very quickly arranged to ship me the right part and pick up the unneeded one.

Fantastic experience.. Order was ordered and delivered to my house in less than two weeks. Once seats arrived, I was missing a cupholder insert and there was a small smudge at the rear of one of the seat arms. I called customer service and they are sending the replacement cupholder insert and a leather cleaning kit for free. Fernando Reyes was fantastic and he was a great help in assisting myself. Can't ask for anything more
