I purchased 2 magelan van chairs on 11/2017, and oveall quality is very good and looks nice. Customer service representative Richard helped me a lot with one of the chair mechanical trouble. It is a very good place to shop for van seats and prices are also lower than other places.

I searched the web for replacement seats for my class a motorhome. I went with shop4seats.com. They had a large selection of totally customisable furniture. Their prices were reasonable and they were able to work a little on the price for a package deal. When i ordered my furniture i was given an estimated shipping date and to my surprise it was shipped on the exact date. When the funiture arrived it was well packaged and had no shipping damage. The furniture looks very well built and thick plywood was used in the construction instead of cheap particle board. Everything installed very easily on to my existing seat brackets. I had a small problem with my manual lumbar. I called thier customer service center. They were a pleasure to work with. They talked to their assembly technicians to help my diagnose the problem and got the new part sent to me asap. I would like to specifically thank John Jasso for personally getting the right part shipped to me in a timely fashion. If you want to update your old coach i would definetly give them a call and order a fabric sample.

We had a lot of questions about weight limits on seats and couch since we have big people that will be using. Had questions on decor and about the electronics of current seats to these new. I purchased 7 Seatcraft Grenada movie theater seats. Everything came in perfect condition, I paid extra for white glove service. I had one small issue which was I was missing one cup holder insert. I called and spoke to Fernando Reyes and he was so great and apologetic. Fernando is the epitome of what a customer service person should be. Thank you Fernando!
