The product is outstanding. My salesman Andrew was very helpful. One of my chairs came in wrong, and it was frustrating. Then Fernando and Clara teamed up and customer service got real! Special Kudo's to Clara for showing me that great customer service was as important as great product!

Clara answered my call and looked up my quote off which we placed our order adding in color and size. She then gave me the completion date and gave me the option of an expidited date and price which I passed on. She then took my payment information and said that 2 ladies would contact me when it was ready for pickup. I was very pleased with the ordering procedure!
