We received our RV Double Recliner a couple of weeks ago and just installed it yesterday in the camper! Wow! it is beautiful and we are very pleased with the quality. When we unpacked it we were missing the small table that fits into the arm of the chair. I called and RICHARD was very helpful and said that it would be sent Fed-Ex today. The rv furniture was a very nice quality. The service was excellent. We had a problem with one of our captain chairs and John Jasso handled swiftly and professionally.

Angela was extremely helpful by proactively contacting me weekly via email to update me on the status and progress of my custom order.

Clara Hinojosa was extremely helpful, I have yet to receive the items I ordered but at this time I am extremely happy with the process and the selection that they provided.

Richard was extremely helpful and polite and was able to answer my question.

This review is only on the experience of purchasing. I worked with Clara on the purchase of a sofa, She was very friendly and courteous. She explained things and answered all of my questions. If the sofa is what I am expecting and happy with, I will be looking to purchase some captains chairs through Clara as well.
