Well, order put in sept. 2021. Got a ship date for two weeks. After 2 weeks called and they said date was now jan 2022. Jan 2022 got almost whole order. Called Feb 2022 and told I would get it march 9. 3/16 I called and now they are saying it will be July. WHAT A WASTE!! Nice stuff but now worth this much trouble. They got paid in sept. 2021. Customer service told me to call sales, they are attempting to help. Can not under stand why it takes so long and can't get any info. VERY UNHAPPY!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a swivel seat for my drivers side, they sent the passenger side. I did get a return label easily and swapped it out for the right part. I received the same passenger side today. Wasted all that time when I could have ordered somewhere else.

Please read and believe all reviews on extremely long deliveries, shipments not being delivered as promised, no updates, poor customer service, etc. it’s all true, go to another vendor. This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. I will be requesting a refund shortly. They aren’t even accredited by BBB and I’m sure from my experience and reading other reviews, it’s for good reason!!! The one star, is for the sales line answering, because purchased updates line surely won’t answer! Update: 20 week delivery (okay, custom, take the time), but quick to throw out supply chain issues, sure ride that excuse. Supply chain issues, do not push back deliveries, in one to two day intervals (multiple times), when you had 20 weeks.

Same as the other reviews below mine. Bought a seat on 6/30, was informed it would be shipped by 11/16. Haven’t heard from Shop4Seats by that deadline so I called, and that’s when I realized this company doesn’t care about customer service. After several failed attempts reaching their phone number, zero emails answered, I got to talk to Amanda and to Lynn, and none were able to definitely answer when my purchased item would be shipped. I got a few new deadlines (11/30, 12/3… I’m writing this on12/6) that came and went. I got a verbal confirmation from Amanda that my seat would be shipping by last week’s Friday and lo an behold, it’s Monday afternoon, I already called twice and got the little easy listening hold music for 20 minutes, and I have no tracking number, no confirmation, nothing. To this day I can’t shake off the feeling that there simply is no seat. I’m getting ready to contact my credit card carrier and start the refund process unilaterally. Update, same day: after close to one hour on hold I got to speak with Amanda who dismissed my concerns for a more proactive communication. I asked why isn’t anyone answering my emails, or keeping me updated regarding the so many exceptions, and it didn’t seem to communicate any real importance. I could tell I was being put on speakerphone; she went on to say “your voice sounds distant.” I called her out on this infamous tactic. I was told the item has not shipped and that in 24-48 hours I’ll be getting a call from the production manager… that’s remarkably disappointing.

Similar to all the other reviews. I made an online purchase of an rv captain's chair on 6/2/21. It is a "made-to-order" product so it was not due to ship until 10/19/21. 10/19/21 came and went with no notification. on 10/20/21 I called in and spoke with customer support. They were friendly and told me they would get with the production manager and find out when it will ship. They told me they would email me the new ship date in the morning. I did receive a new ship date of 11/4/21 the next morning. 11/4/21 also came and went without notification. I was unable to call back until 11/8/21 and left a message. No callback. on 11/11/21 I called again and spoke a different customer service person. They told me the same thing about contacting production team and told me they would email me another ship date. I did not receive the new ship date until 11/17/21. The new ship date was 11/29/21. Today is 11/29/21 and as of end of day I have received no information from Shop4seats. I am furious now but after reading these reviews I am not surprised. If I don't have a shipping confirmation by morning I will be demanding a refund.

Horrible customer service and in my opinion deceptive. Ordered seats for my 1998 GMC in April 2021 and after placing the order was sent an email stating ship date in August 2021 (this should have been disclosed prior to them charging my card the full amount in April 2021). In June 2021 was called and informed by the company that the power base was no longer available and order was changed to reflect the non power base. Ship date in August passed with no shipping notification, so I called them for an update. New ship date of September 2021. Seats arrived in October 2021 with not mounting brackets (these were the one I ordered, but they said were no longer available, they were to exchange them for the non-powered brackets/base). I called Lynn and was told they were sorry and would send them out on Monday. I have called several times over the last 30 days and given a new ship date each time. Basically I have very expensive seats with no way to install them and no customer service to correct the issue. To add insult to injury, the three seats do not match with the center seat having a different color accent from the other two seats. I sent an e-mail with pictures to them last week and guess what...No response. I am truly sorry I ever did business with his company. UPDATE 11/18/2021 They responded to this online complaint asking me to call them and discuss the issue.. No thanks, they have my phone number and email address, I don't have time to sit on hold for two more hours. I have called them over a dozen times and sent e-mails about my complaints directly to their customer service address. I received the brackets a few days ago, but they have still not bothered to follow-up with me about the delay and mismatched seats.

I placed a phone order gave them my truck make, model, and year. I understood the long lead time about 5 months. I call to check on the order and they forgot to put in production causing a month delay. I received the seat with the adapter that does not fit the truck. Have been working with Richard Valdez to get resolved. He told me he checked with the production team and confirmed I received the wrong adapter kit and would have to purchase another and would be transferred to Patty. Patty would call me. I have not received a call and have had to bug Richard to get patty's phone number. I called and left message no return call. Called today her mailbox full. I wonder if this is going to take another 5 months to get the right adapter. Currently would not recommend this company to anyone and do not like to right reviews. Future customers know

Quite simply one of the worst experiences I've endured in retail. Order 536333. Placed on 4/22/2021 receive a call from 'customer support' on 6/23/2021 stating the options I choose that were offered on their website for my chair order were all the sudden no longer available. Their provider is no longer providing power seat frames. I spoke to megan (who was very helpful) and executed a full refund. Through another supplier I was able to myself source the power base that were 'no longer being manufactured' by shop4seats' provider. I called back customer service hoping to be connected with megan.... nope no such luck, instead I'm connected with Mr. Very Rude himself Richard. Explained to Richard, I found a power base, and is it possible to halt the refund? He stated the "refund could not be stopped". I asked "if I place another order, will I lose my place in line, and have to wait ANOTHER 2 months for you guys to start my order?" Nope! You'll wait another 2 months. If you like giving folks an intrest free loan. Then shop4seats.com is the place for you. If you go to there website today, power seats are still available for their seats, even though their 'supplier' has stopped 'making them'
