Shop4SeatsReviews of shop4seats.com

GREAT SERVICE, OUTSTANDING PRODUCT.

Service is great, Richard took my request for a small piece of fabric to repair a small cut on the skirt & Seat, (driver seat right lower corner) All is good

My day was going very badly until I spoke with customer service rep Angela Allen! I had ordered from the website and the website is not correct. I was very upset and distraught. I am 72 years old. Angela listened attentively and with interest and worked to deal with this issue until the situation was resolved. Thank you Angela you are the bright spot in my day.

CLARA DID A GREAT JOB MAKING SURE WE ORDERED EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED IN OUR RV TO REPLACE OUR SOFA. SHE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR OUR SIZED UNIT. SHE SENT THE SAMPLES OUT PROMPTLY SO WE COULD DECIDE ON THE ULTIMATE LEATHER OR A FABRIC. WE ARE GETTING EXCITED TO RECEIVE OUR NEW RECLINER SOFA & GET IT INSTALLED IN OUR MOTORHOME !!! THANKS CLARA FOR ALL YOUR EXPERT HELP & ADVICE.

Clara was friendly and professional. Pleasure to work with her.

Clara customer service was great. Its hard to find this type service anymore. She is an asset to your company.

I had done a lot of research and found Shop4Seats had the best value with a good reputation. Called in to place order and Clara was very helpful and answered all my questions, she was very knowledgeable and polite. Now just waiting on my seats.

Richard Valdez helped me politely and quickly.
