Save your money and buy with a company who provides customer service after the sale. The mounting bracket did not fit for the seats we purchased for our show truck. Contacted the company Oct 5 with assurance from Meagan our concern would be expedited for someone to contact us. They do not have a department or personal who can answer and assist with installation problems. We were told the company recommends the seats to be professionally installed. But if the bracket isn’t built to fit right then a professional installer doesn’t help.

One star only because I couldn't do zero stars. 15 days out of warranty, the vinyl is peeling off of our captain's chairs and they will do nothing. Terrible customer service.

BUYER BEWARE!!! My journey started in October 2021. I contacted Joseph by phone to get some information on purchasing a new couch for the living room in our motorhome. We had just purchased the motor home and wanted to make it our own. I gave the make, model, year, and serial number and Joseph quickly stated “This is the company we make our products for. It will be a direct fit”. He seemed to know the product and the company was located where I used to live. Thought it would be fine. He then asked if we needed anything else and gave the sells pitch for other items. I asked about a dinette that would match the couch and he stated “Yes. Direct Fit!” I asked about front captain seats and Joseph stated that “the Monument LX Fawn Ultimate Leather II captain chairs, YES! Another direct fit!” We decided to upgrade the order for the chairs and went with the extra accessories: power recline, high resilience foam up grade, deluxe seat heater, massage, power lumbar support, and the 7 spring seat frame bottoms. Total price for all items: $5164.93. We paid for the items and was advised that the couch was in and would be shipped. It arrived late October. We were than advised that the other ordered items would be available for shipping in 4 to 5 months. The couch was installed but it was not made for our motor home. As you sit in the couch your feet don’t touch the floor. My wife and I both are about 6 feet tall. The dinette set and captain chairs arrived in June of 2022. That same month, the dinette was installed and there were problems. Numerous cuts had to be made for the fit, no cutouts for the electrical plug, and the drawers had no keepers. By July they started working on the captain chairs and found many problems. The first problem was the height of the seat. The base was too low and the seats would not recline nor could you sit in the driver’s seat as it was too close to your body. Contacted Joseph and he stated that the electrical bases were on back order for 22 weeks. Why weren’t they ordered at the same time the seats were ordered. My question is *Exact fit for this make, model, and year??* Finally after 3 months and numerous calls to Shop4Seats from myself and the shop foreman doing the install, it was determined that the different size power bases would not allow the seats to recline or turn around or allow the driver to breathe as the steering wheel was tight on the stomach area. I was advised to talk to Richard, and he did very little to help stating that he would have the Vice-President of the company call me, but he never did. Finally Richard gave me the excuse that the items could not be returned as it was pass the 30 day return policy. 30 days from when. I have no idea what these seats will fit as they sit in my garage. No compensation from Shop4Seats even offered! This is from the website “outstanding customer service, Shop4Seats is a leader in the industry. We are proud of the work we do, and maintain a solid commitment to exceed expectations with each and every order.” DO NOT BELIEVE THIS! BUYER BEWARE!!

We ordered a sprinter van couch, the Princess, last December and it came in March. The quality was marginal, very thin padding and not very comfortable. The seatbelts came with it but had to be attached separately to the van itself. The seat is flimsy and obviously could not support 3 or even 2 people in a crash. So the problem is the seat is not DOT certified, as it says on the website, and multiple calls to the shop4seats went unanswered. We cannot use the seat as it would not pass DOT inspection. I would use another company for RV seats

wrong description, they show you something that is totally different from what is sent to you and still charge restocking fee be aware of this company they are rip offs...

Customer service is terrible. Believe it!!! Safety is my concern. I ordered 2 captains chairs. The cog opposite the handle that is used to move the seat forward and back DOES NOT ENGAGE. Therefore only one side is holding the seat from moving forward or rearward in an emergency situation. I'm sure I'm not the only one that received these unsafe seats check yours. A supervisor was supposed to call me but I haven't received a call. I think I'll contact the D.O.T. to see if they can start recall proceedings.

We have owned our Qualitex DeLeon recliners for two years. We just recently noticed there was peeling and cracking on the arms/back/seat of these recliners. I thought it was “leather” due to the mention of “Deluxe Leather” and reached out to a leather restoration company. Their response surprised me telling me that this is vinyl…we also purchased a protection policy that declined our request for repair stating that I did not report it within the 30 day period. Very disappointed, still looking for some feedback from either Shop4Seats or Qualitex.

I ordered two bench seats in Jan 2022. I was told the delivery would not be til Jun 2022. So now June has come and I have called 5 times in the last 2 weeks to try to get the status of my order and can't seem to get any information on my order. Not happy at all !!!!!!!
