We called in and spoke with Anna, and she was great. Our original thought was to purchase the Seatcraft Rialto. Anna asked me a few questions about the height of the people sitting in the seats, dimensions of the room, etc. She then recommended the Seatcraft Serrenity. She discussed with us why she recommends the Serrenity. We then did our own research on the Serrentiy, and decided to give it a go. Our first set of seats arrived within a week, and we love it. No issues with shipping. There was one box that had some exterior damage, but no damage to the seats. Seats are beautiful, comfortable, and are better than we expected. We can't wait for our second set of seats to arrive.

I live in NC, which used to be the furniture capital in the USA. My wife and I went to the furniture mall in Hickory NC. It is 4.5 miles to cover it all. Could not find what we wanted there. Came home and found 4seating.com and looked through what they have to offer. Called them and Anna Hernandez answered. Talked with Anna and listened to her advice. Changed our minds on the unit we wanted and called Anna back and placed our order. It was a Friday and she promised it would ship Monday and we would have it in 7 to 10 days. Well in 7 days we are sitting in the sofa and loving it. We landed on the SeatCraft Reflection model. It is great, all works as it should and I inspected it carefully as I easily assembled it, found no flaws anywhere. My only concern is the lack of documentation on the controls use. We will figure them out though. Thanks Anna for the great service and advice.
