Your web page is easy to navigate an order. My order was filled the next day and shipped immediately. I received the product in three days. Outstanding service. Look forward to working with 247 in the future.

There were various issues with this company that had to be resolved regards to multiple e-bike purchases. I had dealt with at least 4 different customer service representatives including their manager. There is only one person who followed up and got things done! Christopher was the most professional and honest person I can say from memory of my 64 years that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He should be elevated within the ranks of this company. Thanks to this employee I would be never feel hesitant about recommending this company to my friends and family who have inquired about my electric bike purchase. Regards Robert Schonbrun
