We are sorry about this John. Your payment didn't pass the fraud review checks put in place by the card processors and we didn't act quick enough to manually approve it. That was the cause of the delay initially, and coincidentally the day that these were approved was the day that we agreed to cancel it, but it had already gone out to the warehouse at that point. Doubly bad timing. We can only apologize, we should have been quicker on the fraud review checks, that was our honest mistake after some staff turnover. It's not our normal way of operating, just a genuine oversight from us.

First off, let me apologize for the problem. We take pride in our products and and we hate hearing when they've failed to meet expectations. All our new golf items come with at least a 12 month warranty, but after the 30 day return window we offer a replacement instead of a refund. I read through the notes on your order and I don't know that that was clearly explained to you. We absolutely expect our products to last longer than 30 days.
