Hello JT. Thanks for the Review. We're a fairly new Online Retailer and haven't got the perks of Discounted Shipping rates from Shipping Companies yet but we're pushing to get them. As soon as we're able to secure these, we'll pass them on and you should be able to notice the lower Shipping Rates on your next visit. Stay tuned. Take care and stay safe. ~Theo

Hello Debra. We're really sorry for your Unpleasant experience on our site. We were unable to keep up with most of the Holiday High Volume Orders and Shipping and had to refund most of the Orders as our Vendors, Suppliers and Shipping Partners could not process and get items Delivered well on time. Hope to serve you and other Customers better next time. :)

Hello Katlego. We're glad you received your Package. We're sorry about the delay though. Packages to Botswana are getting stuck with Customs Clearance. We've actually suspended all Orders to Botswana until further notice due to the huge delays caused by your Customs Authorities. We add Tracking details to all Orders once they Ship to either our Dispatch Warehouse or to the Final Customer Shipping Destination. Happy New Year :)

Good day Maria. We're really sorry for your experience. All our Carriers are experiencing a Grid-lock due to the high volumes of packages. We unfortunately do not have our own Shipment Service. You can read more about the Carrier Gridlock here -> https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2020/12/15/postal-service-holiday-packages-delays/ To avoid any delays, we've refunded all Order placed on or After December 14 even if they may still arrive at a later date. Again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.
