Coming off the the Phillips problem, and pivoting to ResMed, ordering was easy, delivery timely and follow up professional and timely. I highly recommend.

Needed something for travel - this was the perfect size. Only thing I would consider a drawback is if you are traveling to drier climates or if the furnace is drying the circulation during winter months, the humidity is too low for the filter to capture.

Easy adjustment from larger unit. Working out fine.

the cpap mask was the wrong size. when res med emailed and asked for my opinion, i mentioned that the mask was big. they contacted me and got a new mask out to me immediately. it was great service. and a friendly customer service response.

So excited for my new Air Mini. I travel a lot for work and recreation, and this is going to really simplify things for me. I have already used it at home and it worked great! I am about to go on a trip and not having to pack the larger machine is really nice.
