Fast and efficient service. They contacted the doctors office to clarify the prescription and once it was clear, my product way here in two days.

Sean & Ty were so helpful and patient with my husband and I as we are new to this type of diagnosis and use of a machine. Sean was our first contact and was able to get a machine to us in a timely manners. The doctor who ordered our regular size was given a 4-6 months. So we researched and found you have the travel version, both Sean & Ty held our hands over the phone and made us feel better about the whole situation. company was great but fed ex did not deliver on time and did not receive the delivery in time to take on vacation even though resmed paid for expedited delivery.
