I ordered a Resmed Mini Cpap for traveling and my representative who helped me was very thorough and knowledgeable. My order arrived within days. My new Cpap works great and small size is perfect for traveling.

Quick and painless.. Ordered the clap machine a link was sent via email for script and a few days later at your door . (Gotta be home to sign for it)

Good customer service

Very good interaction with Tammy when I first called and then ordered my Air Mini. She was very pleasant and helpful during the entire process. I also appreciated the timely email communication during the process of obtaining the prescription from my PCP, processing the order, and having the order filled. I am very satisfied with my Air Mini although I do find it a little too noisy compared to my Dream Machine to use it as my primary machine. I do travel a lot and will use the Air Mini for that but I like having the Air Mini as a backup primary machine.

I love the travel resmed machine and the customer service was excellent. The only complaint I have is the sound of the air flow but I got ear plugs and it helped.

I can only say that I am pleased with my purchase so far. I have used the AirMini only a few times to test and set up the operating system etc. It was easy to get the app, no problems. The noise level is a little bit louder than my Airsense 10, and maybe annoying to some but it is so much easier to take the noise than to lug extra bags and weight around an airport etc. It fits in my personal bag. I'm 80+ and travel for pleasure, now it will be a"real" pleasure. The ResMed Shop team from the sales person and ordering persn to the customer relations were knowledgeable and helpful during every aspect of the purchase.
