The AirMini CPAP that I purchased (specifically the vent on the face mask) sounds like a wind tunnel when the CPAP is turned on. The mask fits fine. It is so loud that my husband cannot sleep with it on, even in another room. And I cannot sleep with it on. I emailed to see if there a problem with my equipment or a quieter mask and was told that I would get used to it. This is nothing I will ever "get used to". I have tried everything I can think of to make it quieter to no avail. I believe the CPAP (or mask) is somehow defective but it is essentially impossible to speak to customer support to get answers and the email was no help at all. I would never recommend this product to anyone else.

It’s the USA!… but website said no delivery to my S FL zipcode!…So no ResMed purchase !…So… Bought and getting delivered easily without issue from competitor!

The service as far as shipping was great the machine causes allergies x 100. From reading reviews on the internet this is a very common issue so i will send mine back soon as i get back to the states this week

Res Med is still wrong. Their platform support people are refusing to connect my air mini medical information with my physician, Dr Aranas in Schumburg Il. Why? Because I bought my air mini 5 years ago in North Carolina. “Get in touch with them.” This is ridiculous & Terrible customer service. Be better, Res Med! Serve your customer. Also, when I called from my doctor’s office, & received no satisfaction, I asked the res med employee to transfer me to her manager.The res med employee refused to speak to me, would not answer my questions, remained silent until the doctor’s office staff came on the phone. Who does that?

I am already a Air sense 10 CPAP user for almost an year now. When I ordered a second portable device (Air Mini) due to my frequent travel, the delivery team was insisting on more information on the prescription, I have already procured the earlier device with the same prescription from Canada. How can the rules be different? This conversation back and forth with my doctor's office and customer advocates delayed my order for almost 2 months. If the rules are different, it should be communicated before the payment is made. So that the customers can take a informed decision.

Website is horrible. No way to contact anyone, no way to access support except to see how to clean. Been using CPAP for almost 15 years, I ALREADY KNOW HOW TO CLEAN MY EQUIPMENT. I need support to understand why all of a sudden my SD Card isn't keeping track. There is no way to get help with that and not only that, the SEARCH button is worthless. As soon as I can I will be changing to a different company for my CPAP/APAP needs.

Items were missing from the box I received. Upon receiving the last shipment, I traveled and simply packed the new box of supplies and did not bring the old setup, I arrived to find no humidifier cartridges, and no size medium nose piece which is what I needed! I haven’t had time to address the matter. Very disappointing.

Seems to be causing allergic reactions to some folks. Looking at blogs many people are having the same issue. Spent $1000 on a machine I can’t use. Contacted ResMed and they could care less. Originally looked for blogs about allergies and didn’t see anything so I didn’t want to believe it was the machine. Had it a year now and used it 3 times. Every time I end up having to buy allergy medicine. My next step is to contact the FDA to get them to look into it. It won’t get my money back but may save others from this machine.
