My doctors office was doing a terrible job of supplying the necessary prescription info and ResMed for communicative with me (and the doctors office) the whole way through to getting everything taken care of.

The service was very good both when ordering our AirMinis (dealt with Janelle) and when we had a question and contacted the advocate. The advocate (Ty) also went the extra mile to check with manufacturing on a problem we were having removing the cover to the filter. We received our AirMinis within a few days of placing the order via FedEx expedited shipping. While the ResMed service experience was good, we have found the AirMini to be so noisy that we have had to use earbuds with a white noise app to drown it out. Otherwise, without the earbuds and white noise, it's almost impossible to fall asleep and stay asleep. Seems like since ResMed used the same electronics they did in the Air Sense and that's a quiet machine, they could have done more to dampen the noise coming from the AirMini machine, itself and that then travels right up the hose and mask and makes a racket. Once the noise from the AirMini is significantly dampened by using the earbuds and the white noise app, the machine is really good. However, users shouldn't have to go to that extent to get a restful night's sleep.
