Resmed is very helpful and easy to deal with. Shipping was fast and reliable. Only real suggestion would be for Resmed to expand product offerings to allow for the purchase of the individual parts to a headset rather than just the complete set

My local supplier has been unable to to get mini Cpap machines for nearly a year. They referred me to the Resmed shop. As I was traveling on June 9, I needed the machine quickly. Got the machine with several days to spare, in which I could try it out at home. Other than a rather noisy tubing valve on the headgear, the machine is ideal for my needs. Service & shipping were fast & courteous!

Everyone I spoke with at the Res Med Shop was courteous and knowledgeable. I mainly spoke with one person that walked me through the process and what my responsibilities were. I provided the required information and it was checked over and they assured me that the documentation was exactly what they needed to proceed with the sale. Everything occurred as she said it would. I had the Travel CPAP exactly when they said I would. I am very satisfied with both the equipment and the service. I will continue to order my supplies for the CPAP from this company.
