I have only recently discovered that I was breathing through my mouth, spoiling my results. I ordered the full face mask. That has improved my numbers dramatically. Monday, I am headed over to Johns Hopkins for another sleep-study. Two surgeons have talked me out of getting Inspire installed in my chest. They said that for 20% of the patients the device fails. C-Pap works 100% of the time. I may order the machine that gives different pressures for inhale and exhaling
