Great service, wrong product
Recently thought I wanted a smaller travel machine. I have used a ResMed for four years and its barely noticeable for sound at night, which was the whole point. I snore, he doesn’t sleep. The new system was MUCH more noisy - machine and hose design are good, but not as good as what I have. So, started the return process which is why I note 5 stars. When you’re taking a gamble on this kind of purchase it is nice to experience a company that lives up to the advertising. Good service, quick refund. Im looking at purchasing another of the same one I have as a 10-yr back up.
