For years my family has been desperate to get our hands on the ResMed Air mini. Today Tammy M. at ResMed was able to secure a unit for us and we couldn't have been more delighted by how kind, caring and professional she was during this whole transaction. She has such a great personality, very reassuring and knowledgable. It made my day talking to Tammy, she showed exceptional customer service and left me with such a happy feeling. As much as I thought I wanted and loved the idea of owning the Air Mini - after this experience I found my admiration and excitement for it increased by leaps and bounds thanks to the enthusiasm and commitment exuded by Tammy!

Bought the mini for travel as found bringing the larger ResMed unit a bit cumbersome. Mini works just as the larger unit does, so very pleased. Easy to set up. Tutorial very simple to follow.

Great staff. Tammy in particular was very helpful navigating thru the Canadian doctor sign off and subsequent shipment in time against a deadline. Keep it up!
