Quick turnaround

I really like your mini. Once I got it set up it's very easy to use and very reliable. Of course I can find things wrong. So remember you got a 98% good as you read the rest of this. It just didn't feed data to my dr. And I couldn't figure out why. Finally Someone came and set up the app on my iPhone, the note works great. More paper with directions on how to set up the app would help. I use the little filters that work is humidifiers in the mask. Create a better name, you will be a unique name to identify these. It's very hard to find because the name of the filter and the mask cause the same. Thank you for a good product.

Good support team, would’ve been five stars but felt after spending $1100 on my mini and a standard hose was making me sick with sinusitis, sinus infections, misery up my nose. I had to spend another $220 for a full face mask to avoid the cold rushing air up my nose

Worked and was small, easy to pack. Didn't seem to provide as much air pressure as my one at home. ~7 cm vs 10-11 cm.

Everything is fine with the Resmed airmini. Wish your website showed a bit more info on past orders etc.

Its great to have different mask options. The cradle worked best for me. I would like to be able to link my 2 machines. I have a mini that I use for travel. The number one thing for me is that I am no longer tired during the day.

The online ordering process was very straight forward and easy. I had a question for customer service and they were very helpful. Even though I already had a prescription from my Dr. Getting all of the silly details worked out was silly. Who would pay over $1000 for this machine if they didn’t need it?

Easy to work with. Was told a send date of Friday and didnt ship until Monday. Also unable to ship to me direct, to TN, so went to my parents first. But love the equip.
