Bad customer experience and communication!
Placed my order on July 20 and just received it yesterday, Aug 24. The entire purchase experience was negative with back and forth emails. Understand you may have staffing issue but the quality of customer service and communication was poorly executed.

I didn't understand why I needed to provide my prescription
I didn't understand why I needed to provide you my prescription for replacement filters. All that did was delay my shipment. You couldn't verify my machine serial number?

Can’t hook my machine up to the app
Can’t hook my machine up to the app. Customer service is terrible. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Very hard to buy accessories even though I already sent my prescription I still have to ask your associates to purchase accessories.

Air mini not the same as original devices.
Device came late because resmed people wanted unncessary specifics for the scripts. The Device is not as effective as the original device. This could be because everything is crammed into a small device.
