Decided I needed a travel cpap to make a last minute international travel, because I had to carry everything up and down hills and cobblestone streets and with the most minimum weight I needed my machine to be the lightest it could be. Excellent service, new product in box, great advice and will continue to pay cash to buy through them since I already use insurance for my normal cpap. (Do not go through a Cpap company that isn’t reliable, I got a cpap that was supposed to be new in box but it turned out it was used lightly but smelled or let’s say disgustingly smelled of cigarette smoke. Returned thankfully)

Love It!! I purchased the Air mini for a trip to Europe. I was afraid of the water on the plane and how to obtain distilled water once I got to Europe. I was reading on a TSA website and they recommended a water less one. I had never heard of this. Since being diagnosed with sleep apnea, I found this little machine to be the best item I can use. I have used it on several other trips, I love it. I use it for a month in March, 3 weeks in UK and Ireland in May and June, and a week in August in South Carolina. I will also use it for an up coming trip in October. The moisture canisters are wonderful. I did not have to worry about distilled water. I also was allowed (with my battery) to use it on the airplane. I did not though. The staff at the ResMed shop was very helpful and made the purchasing process very easy. Thank you
