I really appreciate Tammi calling me and helping me with my purchase. I would just advise, when there is a problem that all are included. If I had not followed up and contacted the doctors office, it would not of gotten corrected. I have used the machine and really like the size and comfort.

Your website allowed me to enter an order without a prescription. I was then told I needed a prescription which was fine. I got the prescription and entered the image. I was then told it wasn’t adequate and the doctor needed to add a time period (I have been on your devices the past 10+ years and will need to use them the rest of my days). So I got to make another trip to my doctor to get the second piece of paper. It would have been great if your team would reach out to my doctor so you got just what you want the first time. Other than that, the product is terrific.
