My Airmini couldn't be shipped to Canada so I had to pick it up it up at a FedEx depot in Vermont. I knew in advance what I was up against. When I opened the package there was no travel bag and when I pointed that out to the company, I guess they didn't believe me so I had to send a picture of everything I received to prove my point. They still couldn't mail me that bag to Canada!!!! So I have to pick that up in Vermont...in spite of it being their mistake...very frustrating!

Too many loopholes to jump thru just to get a new hose for my AirMini

easy order online but it didn’t prompt a compatibility check with my current Phillips CPAP so I had to return cause it don’t fit.

My package was shipped in a timely manner, but dumped on the front porch in the rain without any requirement for a signature. I also ordered small masks and got 3, in 3 different sizes. Now I will have to buy 2 separately and they are not cheap. Finally, I have had connectivity challenges with the software and have no idea how to get help. Very frustrating.

I had significant issues getting ResMed to accept the prescription sent by my doctor. After several submittals from my doctor, I basically gave up. After about two months, a ResMed customer service rep, Janeil, contacted me and offered to help resolve my issue. I resubmitted my paperwork and low and behold, my ResMed mini shipped. I can’t thank Janeil enough for fixing this and she’s the only reason I gave a 3 instead of a 1. Btw, I was still getting emails that my prescription wasn’t sufficient even after mini was shipped.

Love the package and appearance but the only problem is that it make noise when inhale and this cause problem!!! I use this to prevent snoring and disturbing sound for my wife but this noise create the exact same problem not just for my wife anymore but for me to sleep continuous through the night as well.

I've been a Resmed patient for 4 years and trying to purchase an Airmini was exasperating. Rejecting mt physians script due to wording! You know I'm a patient and I am paying cash which you took 2 weeks before finally releasing the product to me.

I was trying to get this financed and was approved but have no confirmation this happened. Not happy! Also nothing in the box about the equipment
