Customer service representatives are really great to work with - they're courteous and helpful. The mask exchange policy is great. I was so worried about needing to buy another mask kit.

The online website made ordering so very easy. I could find exactly what I wanted and what I needed. There were many options available. When I had a question, the representative answered almost immediately and was very good about answering my questions. ResMed is really great to work with.
