In mid-May I sent an email inquiry about accessories for my new ResMed AirMini. I followed up with a second inquiry (same subject) about two weeks later. It is now mid-June and I am still waiting for a response. Disappointing.

I have been a CPAP device user for approximately 5 years, but still needed a new prescription to recently purchase an AirMini device for travel. This is most annoying

The prescription for a mini CPAP was faxed to Resmed 3 or 4 times but they said they ha don’t received. Finally I called Resmed and said I had a confirmation # for all the faxes, and that the prescription had to be in their office. Later that day they said they had received it. It was several days later that the CPAP machine was shipped. No one seemed to want to be In charge of this mix up.

service took weeks. Had to buy a backup $1000 to maintain sleep support. Unit fixed, but sounds like there is a screw loose in there.
