The new mask is for my mini after the original one delaminated. It is a nose pillow type. It seems to fit ok but the stream of air is so great and doesn’t slow down that I can’t sleep with it on. Advice appreciated.

I had to go back and forth with the doctor your customer service team and I had to email and follow up on both ends multiple times. Mini took over a week to ship from time ordered.

I'm disappointed in the Mini, mainly because of excessive noise. The F3 masks that are provided for regular ResMed AirSense machines have a collar around the circular vent at the pivot point in the front of the mask. This significantly reduces the hissing noise. The Mini uses an older design that is unacceptably loud. I understood that the mini provides not humidification, but I didn't expect it would require 29 db ear plugs to allow a night's sleep. I hope ResMed will update this soon, there's not technical reason not to.

You sent a small size headset for some reason, But it works when I swap out the nose thingy for a medium. I have concerns about your pricing. It seems unlikely to me that the equipment could cost enough to manufacture to justify your pricing.

I called to attempt to place an order with negative results as the clerk on the phone sounded scripted and just referred me to the website for questions! I disagree with this style business model. Many people still want to talk to a representative! I’d probably spent a lot more money on options however I didn’t as I felt blown off..

ResMed was not very helpful in getting the prescription they needed. My doctor said they gave him a run-a-round and it took several days and calls to resolve

The equipment is great. I travel a lot, and have both the ResMed AirSense and Mini. So I use both mobile apps. 1) the fact that the data is kept separate across those devices/apps is silly. 2) I constantly have to disconnect and reconnect devices in the hopes that the data will start to appear on the mobile apps. 3) that mobile app upgrade failed and there seems to be no relief in sight. 4) there was no proactive communication from the company about the data latency problem. After I continually failed to get it working, I called support and found out about the problem. So overall, am really disappointed in the quality of the mobile app reporting data, but admit the actual devices are very good, The lack of proper communication was disappointing. It makes me want to try a different vendor in the future.

For the past week or so I have not been getting the daily results of my nightly therapy. The myAir app says the data has been collected and is delayed a few days but this has continued too long. I also get email telling me that I have not used my machine. If you are getting the data then you should know I am using the machine and quit sending me these emails.
