PAID FOR 2 DAY DELIVERY SO IT WOULD ARRIVE BEFORE VACATION. FIRST ATTEMPT OF 3 BY UPS 2DAYS AFTER I WAS ON VACATION. NEXT 2 ATTEMPTS ALSO WHILE GONE AND THE SUPPOSEDLY RETURNED TO YOU.

Missing parts from my order, sad no one has responded to my email about it, I am already away on a trip with an incomplete cpap machine.

I wake up having to expel lots of air from my mouth. Air flow to strong so think ramp up incorrect for me. No way to control this as on big resmed, so need to return for full refund. No

Pretty rough process to get a travel CPAP. ResMed team sold me the device, I had the device paid for using my flexible spending account (FSA), and didn't receive the device until 2 months later. ResMed had a lot of requirements to get the travel CPAP but did not provide any assistance in actually executing those requirements. I have a regular CPAP and travel CPAP now from ResMed and am probably done with this company. I'd rather get a surgical procedure to stop my snoring in the future then work through this companies processes again. If it's not ResMed requirements, then the company needs to lobby politicians to change the requirements, they aren't doing "enough". Company chewed up 10 hours of my life in the last 2 months.

Nowhere is it explained how to make the pressure on my Mini the same as on my regular CPAP. That would have helped. The mini did ramp up to 10, but I need it set at 12!

This company does not actually have a customer support department. They will redirect your call and never connect you with a person or supervisor. The sales team only contacts you via email and even basic questions seem to annoy them and I received curt and rude replies. First they said they needed more information on my prescription, I contacted my doctor they called resmed and I was never told what the outcome was. My payment was processed even though they said they could not ship the equipment due to the prescription issue. When I asked why they would process a payment even thought they were unable to ship the device the reply was that it was standard procedure making it seem like I was an idiot for not understanding this. Well it isn’t standard procedure to process a payment for something you can’t ship! When I said I might need to cancel the order they didn’t even ask why, just a “let us know if you want to cancel”. No apology for the misunderstanding. Could I really trust them if I had issues with the equipment or god forbid anything happened with the shipping? I didn’t want to take my chances. There are other companies out there and we have choices as customers. I could not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
