Unfortunately the airmini does not work for me. The humidity level caused me to sneeze and my nose to run for 3 days nonstop. I had to return it. I tried both humidity cartridges. The x model was worse, but neither worked.

It was a FedX delivery requiring signatures too and nothing has been left for me to sign or come and pick up. I am now trying to get this order in my hands...still...

Bought a Resmed Mini set to my prescription but it is way to much air. I have attempted to contact Rachael(3 times, both email & phone) at Resmed to find out what is needed to adjust air flow so I may use the mini.I have had NO response to my inquires in a week. Very POOR follow up customer service!!!

I had to have my Rx submitted multiple times since I was never told what what info was needed. It was submitted again, I was told additional info was needed. Third time same story. The respiratory therapist said missing info not critical. I am told I can return the headgear and tubing which was sent back. Days later I am told the headgear and tubing was not returnable because it was bought as a set with the Air Mini.. Worst customer service!!!!

Medium does not fit. Used prior large in nasal cushion in England Returned to US and tried to call and e-mail. No one contacted me and now I am stuck with a medium nasal cushion set since it is past 30 days. You guys are awful!
