Everything was pretty smooth except getting a copy of my prescription and trying to submit the claim to my insurance company.

Service personnel were very helpful getting my travel CPAP. I used it this weekend. There are some issues with the mask and hose. LOTS of air leakage due to connection having vents. Very noisy and neither my husband or I could get a good night's sleep. Also, the mask itself is not comfortable (home mask has foam where it touches my face), this mask is uncomfortable rubber. Overall, the jury is out. Update: June 6 The customer service is still outstanding. After using the CPAP for an entire weekend with my husband in the room (previous use was alone), it was just too noisy. He couldn't get to sleep and neither could I. Once asleep, I can sleep through almost anything. Contacted the company and I was able to return the unit. Apparently, the noise is due to the design of the valve. I could have tried ear plugs but that wasn't going to work for my husband or myself. Received a refund. Advice to anyone, remember the 30 days to return and know that it will be very noisy.

The purchase was extaordinary. Once you received the Rx, your agent called and took my order. It was quick and easy. Support since purchase has NOT been so good. I have written a couple of times to support about operational issues and have been trying to contact by phone for two weeks. Have not received any answers. I want to adjust the auto pressure so that it has an upper limit like can be done on the AirSense 10 machine. Is it possible? And the HumidX does not seem to work at all in this 5-10% humidity climate. Owen Kubal

I received the Mini two weeks and I used it the next night. It gave me a fairly good sleep except that when the machine ramped up to 20 (the maximum set by my pulmonologist) the pressure caused me to burp air. I postponed using it again until we connected today with my daughter and 16-year-old grandson at the Florida condo and he, with his superior knowledge of cybernetics, helped me to tie the Mini to my I-phone using the AP. I will use the Mini tonight, after receiving instructions from the grandson. We did a trial run this morning.

So far so good. Very portable and compact. Only issue is I need a different mask due to me getting dried out. I strongly recommend this item

I bought this item for traveling and camping. It is the perfect size. The only issue is it is beyond loud when you exhale.

You were responsive and helpful on the phone when you answered but unresponsive to emails. Overall positive experience.
