Slow to get a hold of anyone
Slow to get a hold of anyone. Basically I was I received an email saying if you have a problem call this number. When I called, waited, nobody could help me and they said somebody would call me back. They called once when I was on the line with somebody else and never heard anything further.

Rude and unhelpful representatives. I will never use your company ever again. I've left several messages for a general manager and never received a return call.

Mask replacementHaving to get a prescription for a mask…
Having to get a prescription for a mask that has a limited life is silly. This isn’t medication or an invasive medical device. Also, when I called for information about this policy, your customer service line was overburdened and I gout transferred to your front desk. A promised callback never occurred. You don’t seem set up for an answering customer inquiries. The product price for the mask is also exorbitant. Your CPAP device is well-designed and dependable but the replacement pieces seem out of whack.

I've called to request a 90day report…
I've called to request a 90day report for my Cpap usage and was informed it would take a couple of days before it could be sent to me. This seems to be an unreasonable amount of time simply to generate a report and email it. The delay has resulted inb me having to reschedule a doctors appointment for a required DOT physical.

Ordered mask wipes
Ordered mask wipes. They require a signature for delivery. That make it very difficult. I won't order wipes from ResMed again.

Noise Problems
Noise Problems. Second time i'm 3rd time I'm requesting Help! I see other people are having the same problems too. what are you doing about this Resmed? your not even responding to my request. I'm requesting a response and ResMed solving this problem for me and others. can you send a hose that does not have the noisy air adaptor please. You have no problem sending me request to buy more of your useless humidifier filter that are part of the problem. please help. Chris
