Matthew thank you so much for getting me a replacement. Great customer service & very prompt when returning emails, Truly made my day.

Cristin is a rock star thanks for the follow up on my order.

Today I called Cristin who provided amazing, quick service. Much appreciated and I will definitely buy again.

I have received my delivery and once I opened the package, notice that the case was damaged on top. Got through with customer support and transferred over to Tyler, fan advocate and support. He helped me a lot regarding about my Damaged package. He gave me step by step on what to do and how to send the package back. Send him the video and pictures of the damage product then Tyler and the team got me a replacement of the product shipped out. The best customer service I ever had! Very polite and professional!

Tyler assisted me with returning an item that arrived in poor condition and is sending a replacement item in better condition. The process was easy and Tyler was very helpful. Couldn't be happier with the outcome after the disappointment I had when I opened the original package last night. I have purchased many items from NHL Shop in the past, and I know this item coming in poor condition is few and far between. I'm happy things were resolved quickly. Thank you!!!
