Cristin is one of the best customer service members I've been ever experienced. Unfortunately, a photo signed by one of the best German ice hockey players in the NHL, which is very valuable for me and the recipient, arrived slightly damaged. Nobody is to blame for that. However, it was easily replaced with an existing identical photo at no additional cost to me, even though it had to be shipped out of the country to Europe. The transaction went smoothly.
