Leeds UnitedReviews of shop.leedsunited.com

I ordered a single shirt as a gift. It arrived quickly, which was good. I thought the packaging inside was poor for such an expensive item. It was in a plastic bag and that was it. It hardly looks like a gift but any old t shirt. You may be able to buy gift packaging, I do not know but at those prices it should be standard.

Ordered the new adidas Leeds United training top, the chart sizes are not the sizes of the products that arrived. Normally an 2XL now on a XL. Paying £5 postage and £3.50 return postage. Customers services are apauling, mainly automated chat responses which offer no assistance with the order. Have called and raised a ticket as a complaint, 10 days later no response, no replacement top and £20 out of pocket in postage costs. Disgusting service.

Pointless ordered a new shirt on line needed to exchange it went to the club shop can’t do that you have to pay to return it online. SO no refunds or exchanges if you buy online is pathetic.

Yes I am a Leeds supporter but I was appalled by this experience I was shocked when I had some expensive seats in the pavilion And on the way back in the lift a drunk guys hurt my kid by slamming into all the people. And secondly the same Guy was then in the toilets breaking stuff

We went to watch Leeds United last home game of season in Elland road and went to the shop to purchase some merchandise. I want to say a huge Thank You to James who was working there on the 17th May and was so helpful in helping my husband with finding tops. He was so kind and courteous.

I ordered the Leeds 3rd kit shirt on-line last Thursday night and it arrived this afternoon true to the 1-3 business days. Size guide is bang on with the fitting of the shirt. I was surprised to see so many negatives reviews on Trust Pilot about the club shop online purchasing. A very good experience that went smoothly from purchase to delivery. I was well informed of the tracking of delivery. A great looking shirt!

Terrible service. I ordered a poster for my grandson’s bedroom and the delivery was due to be completed by Evri. Evri emailed to say it had been delivered, however the photo evidence clearly showed it had been left at a completely different address. I contacted Evri and was told I needed to take the matter up with the Leeds United Official Shop. I have since sent numerous emails to the shop and have received no response at all. I love Leeds United Football Club, but this online store is letting the club down. Taking money from supporters and then failing to supply the goods is unacceptable. I definitely would not order from this site again

Leeds outsource their T-shirts to a company called fanaticsretailgroup.com, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. I purchased a T-shirt in early December as a Christmas present for my brother, who is a huge fan. I only opened it Christmas Eve to wrap it, and the quality is shockingly bad. The item I received looks nothing like what was advertised on the official website. The material and print are extremely poor — I’ve genuinely seen better quality T-shirts for €6 on Temu. I bought from the official shop specifically to guarantee quality, and that was clearly a mistake. I also tried to contact customer support, but my complaint email was bounced back, which is unacceptable. I would normally return the item, but with Christmas so close I don’t have that option. I won’t be purchasing from this shop again and would not recommend it to others.
