Hats came in great
Hats came in great! Timely and we are all excited that we already are looking at ordering more. Communication was a little slow, but I think there's a bit of a timezone delay, but other than that, we are so excited to give out our new hats!

Expecting different delivery times
As a customer I expected the product to be delivered sooner than it arrived. But when package finally arrived the items were in excellent condition.

Poor communication
It was a little difficult to communicate with you guys from California. No one in the California office ever responded to any of my phone calls or emails. I understand the company is based in China but you need to have better customer service here in the states.
