This is the second time I’ve ordered…
This is the second time I’ve ordered hats from here and both times they have shown up early or on time, they are great quality and exactly what I’m looking for in a performance hat.

Very bad
Very bad! I sent email to CS 2 weeks, no one reply. We had a wholesale account, I don't know why you charged us TAX!
Response from Foremost HatFeb 10, 2026
Hello Irina Thank you for your feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay in responding to your emails and the tax issue you encountered. We recently migrated our website to a new system, and unfortunately, this transition caused some technical issues with our email server and wholesale account settings. This is why your previous messages were not received and tax was incorrectly applied to your order. We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused. We have replied to your email immediately and offered a compensation plan. Please check the email for updates. Best Regards

Great quality and value, color is a little off.
Quality of the hat is fantastic, this is easily my favorite model hat and it’s a great value. The embroidery was done great, exactly what I wanted. The color of the hat was a little different than expected though, the image showed it maybe a bit darker shade orange than what the hat ended up really being, which was a little bit disappointing. I would have gotten a different colorway had I known that, but I don’t want to pay for the design fees again.

Hello Garrett Thank you for your kind words about the quality and embroidery — we really appreciate your support! We’re sorry about the slight color difference. Due to lighting and screen variations, the actual product may differ slightly from the images. Also, if you reorder with the same logo, there’s no need to pay the design fee again. Thank you for your feedback, and we look forward to serving you again! Best Regards

Second Order; Fisherman Beanies
I recently made my 2nd purchase from Foremost hats. This delivery was disturbed by the snowstorm I imagine. Despite the delayed delivery, the merchandise (several fisherman beanies) are of high quality at an affordable price.

We’re glad to hear that you’re satisfied with the quality and value of the fisherman beanies. Your trust and patience mean a lot to us, and we look forward to serving you again soon. Best Regards

Centennial Hats - HOME RUN
I had an excellent experience with Foremost Hat. I reached out to customer service because I was having trouble navigating the design interface on their website, and the team was incredibly helpful. They walked me through the process and assisted with getting my PVC patch set up perfectly. We ordered 60 white hats for our organization’s 100th anniversary event in Hawaii, and everything turned out great. The hats shipped on time, arrived exactly as expected, and look absolutely gorgeous. The quality exceeded my expectations. I’m very pleased with both the product and the service. I’ll definitely be buying more and recommending Foremost Hat to others.
