Great hats and product miss leading on…
Great hats and product miss leading on how fast they produce the hats. Took over a month when the website says two week. They make the hats over seas when the website says states side.
Response from Foremost HatApr 13, 2026
Hi Frances Thank you for your honest review, and we sincerely apologize that your order took longer than expected. You deserved better, and we take full responsibility for not meeting the timeline. What we’d like you and anyone reading this to know is that we operate a global warehousing network across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. This allows us to fulfill orders flexibly based on inventory availability and delivery efficiency, always with the goal of getting the best product to you as quickly as possible. That said, we clearly fell short this time, and we’re actively working to improve how we communicate lead times upfront. If there’s anything we can do to make this right, please reach out directly. We’d love the chance to earn back your trust. Warm regards
