Ordered on Friday, didn't ship till Tuesday and bot gonna get it till Monday. Luckily for me i work out of town and had a week off and it's gonna show up the day after I leave now... shouldn't take over a week to get such a small, non prescription item

Order site is unclear on sizing method. Brace I received doesn't match picture of what was shown. I have called twice to arrange an exchange and had to leave message and no one has returned my call.

Sent us the wrong product. When questioned about this said it was what we ordered. NO it was not. Advertised a special price will not honor it. Telling us not his mistake. Yes it certainly is. We are still in the middle of trying to fix this problem. Will not recommend this company to anyone.

This sling is way to big for most people. it would easily fit a 350 pound male. I even called before ordering and was assured that it would fit me as it is very adjustable. BIG WASTE OF MONEY!

Order was supposed to delivered on 16 feb but still not shipped on 21st feb.poor customer service, called office 3 times. couldn't get help from customre service as they are not able to track order.

The shop cancelled my order because “the ISP address used to place the order was too far from the shipping address”. I appreciate having geographical restrictions but, if the store is going to employ them 1) the shop should not be accessible outside of the geofenced area; 2) customers should not be able to place items in a cart; 3) it should not be possible to check out; 4) payment should not be collected. I was able to view the shop, place items in a cart, check out, and my payment was processed. My shipping was to a continential US address and I was overseas when I placed the order. 4 days after my order was placed and payment collected (debit card / cash payment) the shop cancelled my order without contacting me prior to doing so. A refund was process but it took a follow up request on my part and 2 weeks before the funds were returned to me. While I like the product I was purchading replacement parts for I was unimpressed with the reality of a shop having an internet store front, globally visible but, having a wall of acceptable distance where one can place an order from.

Not happy with product. Bought from this site because they had a product that is being discontinued in the size I wanted. Other sites at least did not list that size because they were already sold out. I was very unhappy when I received this that they had switched out the one I wanted with in my opinion an inferior replacement from the same manufacturer. Would not have purchased if I had known about the switch.

VERY PAINFUL 18 E MAILS CS REP THAT DOES SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THEY COULD NOT GET THE ORDERED PRODUCT NOW WHO WOULD DO THE UNTHINKABLE SEND THE INCORRECT SIZE KNOWINGLY WHO DOES THAT WITHOUT ISSUING A REFUND THEY WILL NOT EVEN STOP THE SHIPMENT THEY WANT ME TO DO THE DIRTY WORK WHEN WILL THE SHIP THERE IS A REPORT THAT A CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED THEY JUST DROPPED THE BALL
