a little confusion to assemble but OK. Intended for Right arm just OK for my left arm

It was easy to order, the product was shipped right away. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the product is too big for me foot to offer the support I need. I have to wrap my foot first then put the sleeve on.

Reasonable prices and fast delivery, but shipping prices are pretty high

Would have given 5 stars but the brace I've always gotten for years is no longer available. I had been ordering the Rocket Soc to help correct severe foot supination due to Charcot Marie Toot (CMT) disease. The brace that was recommended to me as a replacement seems as if it will be adequate, though.

Although I have owned the belt for less than a week, it appears to be well constructed and supports the lumbar area very well. The air inflation system is superior to other belts that I have owned. The only drawback I have seen so far would be that the inflated air pad in the back seems to irritate the skin. The detachable hot / cold pack works very well and is well worth the additional cost.

Ordering was very easy, delivery excellent. The only reserve I have is that the picture of the product did not show an attachment I needed. I called the company to ask if the attachment was included or if I had to order it separately. I was told the person I needed to talk to was not available but he would call me back. I left my contact information but my call was never returned. Fortunately the item arrived with the attachment.
