confidence in buying
My customer service specialist was fabulous. Having borrowed a machine from a friend, my specialist knew what parts i was missing and i could place an order with confidence to complete my machine to help me heal after surgery. THANK YOU!

Extremely easy to work with
I ordered the wrong Breg knee pad. Right size, wrong fit for the Breg machine. I called customer service and worked my way to Steve in Marketing. He arranged a swap, shipped the correct knee pad even before I shipped the wrong pad (at their expense) back. I can't tell you how I dreaded having to complete a swap, but Steve fixed it, and made my boo-boo all better! This is a class organization!
