My order came quickly, and when I discovered I'd ordered the wrong walking boot, they replaced it before I even got the other one sent back to them. Can't beat service like that! And the boot is working great.

My first experience will not be my last. Great customer service. My order was on a two week back order and I was offered a similar product at no additional charge with it being delivered in a timely fashion.

Ordered the wrong size and was able to return too-small Walker boot for the correct size. Was sent a shipping label to return the wrong size and the new product was delivered in 4 days - all without billing my credit card for another boot. Thanks, Steve.

The two wrist supports (left and right hand) that I purchased are very comfortable to wear, fairly easy to put on, and do not get your wrist overly warm while wearing. Very comfortable to drive in or use while pushing a wheeled walker. A must for anyone who has had wrist surgery (carpal tunnel) or for anyone with arthritis.
