great product. love the braces

I recommend this site and will order from it again, based on my (somewhat limited) experience with this website. I purchased elbow pads, which I have to wear for some time into the future because of an injury that requires I keep the area impact-free. The only reason I did not rate this site with 5 stars was that the instructions for the items were not very clear and I ended up figuring things our for myself. The pads are very price competitive compared to name brands and what you can get at surgical supply stores. The quality of the items themselves is no less than I expected. The items were ground-shipped and arrived in good condition (new items) and in the time I expected.

Needs to include instructions. I had no idea what to do with the plastic sleeve, until I googled a link showing it was shrink tape and where to place it..

My initial review was harsh because after ordering a specific item we were sent an incorrect item by the manufacturer. The item was not going to work for our client and it did cause a delay for our company to provide the type of product and care we strive to give our clients on a consistent basis. The folks at shop-orthotics.com were very responsive to the issue and did all that they could to remedy the situation. I am thankful for their quick response and help with the matter. I would contact them again for future needs.

Although I ordered and expected a brand new brace, the Ossur Unloader One Lite I received was obviously one that had been returned. Thankfully, It was in excellent condition and therefore I accepted it. Shipping was prompt.

Their prices are good, the shipping method was not to clear.

Order placement, shipping and delivery went very well. The search function on the website could use improvement. In my case, I was looking for a dressing for a Breg Polar Care wrap. I knew the Breg part number. The search function was unable to find it by keyword or by part number. After looking through many product listings, I did find it.
